I work with a limited number of clients each year in a one to one capacity via three different mentoring programmes: Wellbeing & Personal Excellence, Executive Accelerator and a Maintenance programme.  Whatever your needs, you’ll find the right programme to support you in reaching your goals.

Wellbeing & Personal Excellence programme
This programme follows a set format but is otherwise tailored precisely to you and your needs. Potential topics include, but are not limited to, stress resilience, energy/time management, proper sleep, nutrition and movement and a powerful combination of wellbeing practices, confidence and mindset work – all of which lead you to greater levels of wellness, personal excellence and overall happiness.

This is very deep work with a high level of goal setting and accountability. Clients also get email and Voxer access outside of coaching sessions.

I offer 30-minute consultations where we will find out if I’m the right coach for you and if working together is a good fit. We’ll discuss the areas in which you need help and support and I will then be able to share if/how my work can help you. Executive Accelerator Programme

For clients holding senior positions, we also look at how your own personal values, habits and behaviour around prioritising your wellbeing and time, impact you and your team(s). As a leader, you have the power to hugely influence those around you simply in how you show up and who you are being. It is this kind of compassionate, conscious behaviour that shifts company culture for the better and creates a long-term ripple effect. We work on you becoming the best you can be because by default you are then role modelling this level of personal and professional excellence to others.

Maintenence Programme

This programme is for graduates of either the Wellbeing & Personal Excellence Programme or Executive Accelerator.

The format and style of the programme are the same however the sessions are reduced to one per month with email and Voxer access in between. Clients may like to stay on this programme indefinitely for long-term accountability and support or use it as a way to slowly wind things down.
