Unique CBD

CBD stands for Cannabidiol, a non-psychotropic compound found in the hemp plant, meaning it cannot get you high. When administered, CBD interacts with something in our bodies called the Endocannabinoid System involved in regulating mood, appetite, pain, memory and supporting daily wellbeing.

I have primarily used CBD to support my sleep and to reduce anxiety. I typically take it before a big presentation, when I want to get over jet lag and adapt to the new time zone when getting used to sleeping in a new environment and most recently, to help me overcome insomnia, which caused a lot of anxiety.

I’ve tried several brands over the years, but Unique CBD is now my favourite. I love the fact that they only have two oils (day and night), making it a very simple decision-making process.
