One-to-one coaching provides a place to talk through things, tell your story, share your fears and discover the deeper reasons for your health, weight and body-image struggles.

You need someone you can trust to help you make sense of it all and then provide guidance on how you can not only heal, but thrive.

With one-to-one coaching we are able to focus in further on your specific wants, needs and desires enabling the creation of an in-depth well-being plan that incorporates of all of key areas in the coaching blueprint, but designed just for you.

Our body’s natural detoxification system is designed to support our health by eliminating waste products from the food we consume, cosmetics and from environmental toxins. Like any other hard working system, it needs periodic rest and support to continue functioning optimally.

This program will teach you how to rest and restore your body’s natural detoxification abilities. At the end of the detox you will have the opportunity to take yourself through a ‘reintroduction’ phase to highlight any food sensitivities or allergies.

I called this program Shape Your Life because that exactly what it does!

Over the course of the six months you will reshape your eating habits, your body, your values, your beliefs, your mindset and your lifestyle to set you up for a life full of good health.

This course is for you if…

You feel like you’ve struggled with your weight on and off for most of your life, if you’re tired of trying the ‘latest’ diet or workout plan only to revert back to your old ways, if you’re confused about what to eat and what not to eat, or how much exercise you should be doing…bothered by every move and choice you have to make around food and your body.

More than likely you also have a love/hate relationship towards your body with a nasty inner-voice who regularly comments on the way you look, what you eat and why you can’t get in shape or ‘lose the weight’.

Perhaps you’ve even found yourself thinking that maybe you don’t have the right genes, or you’ve resigned yourself to believing you just don’t have the will-power or you’re too lazy to achieve your wellness goals…?
