As a coach, mentor, speaker and published author, my mission has always been to educate and inspire. With an abundance of knowledge and deep insight, backed by science-based tools and techniques, I have a true desire to empower people, teams and organisations and to fuel their transformation.

What I do

I’m an experienced wellbeing consultant and personal development coach with an established track record of successfully supporting hard-working, busy people. I use science-based tools and techniques to help clients live, lead and perform at their best.

Unlike other coaches, who often provide suggestions that simply add more work to already overloaded schedules, the support and tools I provide are always realistic and achievable, even for the busiest of individuals.

In essence, I help people create new and improved healthy habits: new ways of thinking, behaving, working, and the belief they need to reach their full potential.

My consulting work focuses on workplace wellbeing and leadership initiatives such as mental fitness, burnout awareness, optimising energy, time and focus, empathic leadership, stress resilience and wellbeing in direct relation to high performance.

I also create and deliver bespoke workshops / talks for groups and I mentor individuals who are struggling or who want reach the next level in their personal and professional development.

My work improves employee morale, health, performance and happiness. All of which boost retention, reduce sickness/absenteeism, and attract the best people, resulting in an upgraded culture and more profitability.
