Live Well to Achieve More, Stress Resilience Course
This is my final shameless plug about the Stress Resilience course. We start next Thursday, March 2nd so if you’re interested, you have ONE week left to sign up!
A few things to highlight about the course:
- I will be running all sessions live and there will be plenty of time for Q&A.
- If you cannot attend the sessions live, they will be recorded so you can watch them in your own time.
- I’ll be teaching ALL the core elements that I teach my private clients, which have helped them make huge leaps forward in the key areas of: stress management, selfcare, time and energy management, routines and boundaries, and mindset.
- Even if you just took one simple thing away from each of these sessions and implemented them so that they eventually became habits and ‘new ways of being’ you could feel completely different in 2 months’ time. Sometimes it’s the simplest of things done consistently that yield the best results!
