Over the past couple of years, I’ve teamed up with IPSE, an organisation supporting people who are self-employed and/or contracting.
I’ve delivered a variety of webinar sessions for their members on topics such as stress awareness, burnout, and selfcare for busy people to name just a few. And I’ve also supported many of their members privately with complimentary one-off sessions as well as more long-term 121 support for those who were able to self-fund.
However, I realise private coaching isn’t an option for some people, especially given our current economic climate and for those just starting out in business or in more junior corporate roles.
I speak to many people who simply aren’t in a position to invest in 121 support, as much as I know, and they know, that it would really help them.
This is frustrating not only for them but also for me as I haven’t been able to offer a way to work with me at a lower price point … until now!
I’m excited to announce that IPSE and I have joined forces to create a much more accessible online Stress Resilience Programme, which incorporates ALL the core elements that I teach my private clients.
The course is open to everyone, IPSE members and non-members and it’s designed specifically for anyone who resonates with the following:
- You’re experiencing some degree of burnout.
- You’re often stressed and/or anxious.
- You struggle with your time and energy management.
- You identify as a procrastinator, perfectionist and/or a people pleaser.
- You’d like to be able to eat better, exercise more, and work smarter.
- You’re not where you’d like to be with your health, wellbeing, or your work/business goals and you’re finding it hard, if not seemingly impossible, to make effective improvements that are sustainable.
The programme consists of 6 weekly 90-minute sessions, 60 minutes of teaching plus 30 mins extra time for optional Q&A. The sessions are from 2.30-4.00pm GMT and will be recorded if you can’t make sessions live.
We start on March 2nd and run until April 6th.
Course description and dates:
Session 1, March 2nd: Understand stress so that you can learn how to work with it
Session 2, March 9th: Cultivate your own effective wellbeing & self care tools/ techniques
Session 3, March 16th: Create and establish solid routines & boundaries with yourself and others
Session 4, March 23rd: Learn to master your time & energy to create a more proactive state
Session 5, March 30th: Learn to nurture a more optimistic and successful mindset

In summary, this course will teach you simple ways to change your daily habits to reduce and manage your stress levels and enhance your overall wellbeing and productivity … Even if you don’t have much time, even if you are feeling overwhelmed, and even if you have struggled in the past.
I mentioned that IPSE and I have made this course as accessible as possible…
The price is only £199.00 for IPSE members and £249.00 for non-members, which I think and hope you’ll agree is incredibly reasonable based on what you will get – 6 hours of live coaching from me and a further 3 hours for Q&A.
