March 24th, 2023 – How I resolved my insomnia
In response to last week’s email on sleep, some people reached out wanted to know how I resolved my insomnia. Worth Sharing This Month
Dr. Sara Gottfried
Keeping with the theme of International Women’s Day, this month I’m recommending the work of Dr. Sara Gottfried MD.
Sara is a board-certified physician who graduated from Harvard and MIT. She practices evidence-based integrative, precision, and functional medicine. Her three New York Times bestselling books include The Hormone Cure, The Hormone Reset Diet, Younger and Women, Food and Hormones.
I’ve been following Sara’s work for at least 5 years now and I often recommend her content to my female clients. Her books, in my opinion, offer the best, most accessible, and progressive information you can find on women’s health and I feel that all women would benefit from reading her books – especially if you struggle with your hormones, moods, weight, and/or want to improve your overall wellbeing and set yourself up for good health as you age.
If you don’t want to dive straight into the books, I recommend following Sara on Instagram where she regularly posts content that is easy to understand and advice that is easy to implement! Also, take a look at her Instagram profile link and website where you’ll find many more free resources.
