Three Things Worth Sharing This Month
Abel & Cole
I’ve been buying my organic fruit and vegetables from Abel & Cole for at least 10 years now and I love what the company stands for. They’ve recently launched a new initiative where they provide customers with a bag to collect all the plastic that usually can’t go in your recycling bin – things like the plastic films, plastic bags and salad packets. Once your bag is full, you leave it outside with the previous week’s box that their driver collects every week when they drop off your next order. They then take care of the recycling.
Not only are you doing something good for yourself by consuming organic produce, but you’re also doing so much for the environment by choosing to shop with a company like Abel & Cole. Find them here
Ottolenghi Simple Cookbook
This book was recommended by a client and I now love it too! As the name suggests, these are all simple, easy recipes. They’re also bold on flavour using fresh, healthy ingredients as you would expect from the celebrity chef and restauranter. Perfect for when you’re short on time! Find it here
Inspirational Quote
“I’ve lived through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened.”
One of my all-time favourite quotes attributed to Mark Twain. This is a great reminder when we find ourselves worrying and ruminating!
