With so many people navigating uncertainty in the job market right now, from redundancies and layoffs to career pivots, this month we focused on the mindset, stress, and strategy that can make all the difference in a job search.

Because the truth is, it’s not just about your CV or interview technique. It’s how you feel and what you believe throughout the process that often shapes the outcome.

This Month’s Articles

July 4th, 2025 – When fear takes over the job search

Even the most experienced, successful professionals can start to feel a little shaky during a job search. And it’s not because they’re not capable, it’s because searching for work, especially when under pressure, taps into some of the most primal fears we hold related to security, identity and worthRead the full article here

July 11th, 2025 –  Shifting from survival mode to choosing in your job search

If you’re navigating a job search (or even just considering a change), one journaling question I often give clients is:

“What do I want my work to feel like?”

If you enjoy this kind of reflection, keep an eye out for my podcast launching in September. It’s designed to offer practical insight, real-life perspective, and the kind of relatable support we don’t always get from the standard wellbeing or leadership content. More on that next week!
