This month’s question comes from Karen: “Hi Kate, In my 20s and 30s, I used to be very active and would typically swim 2 to 3 times a week, as well as find time for a weekly 5km run. However, now that I’m in my 40s, I have found myself barely doing any exercise other than walking the dog.
