MAY 6th, 2022 – Are You Addicted To Busyness?
Lots of people struggle to slow down and stop being busy. When they have a chance of a break, they then fill it with other things to do! We all need rest and so if the avoidance is pervasive, I’ve found there are often deeper reasons behind the need to stay busy …. Read the full blog post here
MAY 13th, 2022 – Q&A: How Can I Stop Overthinking & Assuming The Worst?
This month’s question comes from Richard: “Hi Kate, how can I stop overthinking and the tendency to assume the worst or focus on the negative? I realise this causes me additional stress, but I find it hard to stop.” If you missed this blog post, read it here
MAY 20th, 2022 – Lack Of Self-trust & What You Can Do About It
If you regularly don’t follow through on your word or intentions to yourself or others, this creates a deep-seated lack of self-trust. Having a good level of self-trust is so intrinsically tied to a person’s self-esteem and overall life experience it’s one of the most important areas of personal growth in my opinion. Three Things Worth Sharing This Month
Booja Booja Chocolate
I am a big fan of chocolate, but not all chocolate is created equal! I recently bought some Booja Booja chocolates and was reminded of just how good they are! They’re made from high-quality ingredients, so you’ll be getting all the many health-giving benefits of chocolate, and they also happen to be vegan, organic, gluten and dairy-free … but you wouldn’t know it! Dr Mark Hyman Podcast: Surprise Hacks to Balance Your Blood Sugar
I often talk about blood sugar balance and how important it is for our mental, emotional and physical health. Over the past year or so there’s been a real focus on blood sugar in the wellbeing space as the latest science is providing further evidence for how insulin resistance ties directly back to many of the major chronic diseases.
There have been some great podcast conversations lately on the topic and this is one that I’ve been recommending to clients for some practical tips that anyone can do to help keep blood sugar levels stable.

Coach Kel Barre Classes
Those of you who have been following me for a while will know I’m a huge fan of an exercise method called ‘barre’. Having first discovered it in my mid 20’s when living in NYC, I was hooked from the very first class and later became an instructor myself.
There are many barre method brands out there, and they can vary greatly in style and technique but for me, nothing has ever been quite as effective as the method I first practised in NYC. Until now…
I originally found coach Kel’s channel on YouTube and was so pleased to see that she’s more recently created an on-demand workout library. As well as being a brilliant instructor, Kel is an ex-dancer and a single Mum of three young girls, so I also love the fact I’m supporting an independent business owner rather than one of the megabrands. The monthly subscription is super reasonable at $19.99 per month!
